Cazcanes No. 9 Rosa Blanco is a small-batch tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, distilled from 100% Weber Blue agave using traditional alembic stills after the piñas are slow-cooked and roller-milled. What sets this limited-edition Blanco apart: after distillation, it rests just 31 days in first-fill French oak barrels previously used for Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, taking on a soft ruby blush along with the wine's imprint. Expect citrus, pepper, and floral aromas leading into agave, apple, and berry notes on the palate. It's built for sipping neat or in a bold, agave-forward margarita.
