Cascahuin comes from a family that's been distilling in El Arenal, Jalisco since 1904, still cooking blue weber agave slowly in stone ovens before milling and double-distilling in copper stills, no additives, no shortcuts. Bottled unaged, the blanco shows pure agave character: bright lemon-lime citrus, a mineral edge from the region's spring water, and a soft herbaceous bitterness on the finish. Good for sipping neat or building a simple paloma where the agave can actually come through.
