Casa Mexico's Cristalino starts life as a reposado — rested in American white oak — then gets carbon-filtered clear, a process that strips color but keeps the barrel character intact. The agave comes from the red clay highlands of Arandas, Jalisco, cooked in brick ovens and crushed the old way in a tahona mill before double distillation. Expect sweet agave, vanilla, and a light oak-and-spice finish. Try it neat or over a single large cube to let those notes open up.
