Casa Maestri's Reposado comes from 100% blue Weber agave slow-cooked in stone ovens in Jalisco, then rested up to eight months in American whiskey barrels — including some from Jack Daniel's — for a reposado with real crossover appeal. Expect a buttery, grassy nose, cooked agave and crisp apple on the palate, and a lingering vanilla-caramel finish with a touch of pepper.
