Casa Maestri's Café Tequila starts with blanco, then goes to work: roasted coffee beans from Córdoba, Veracruz — a region known for its coffee — get infused straight into the agave spirit. The result leans into roasted coffee and cocoa layered over cooked agave, finishing smooth rather than syrupy. It's built for the after-dinner pour: sip it neat or over a single big rock, or shake it into an espresso martini in place of vodka for an agave-forward twist.
