Casa Madero has been making wine in Mexico's high-desert Parras Valley since 1597, tucked into the Sierra Madre foothills at 5,000 feet — the oldest winery in the Americas. Their 3V blend leans on the trio in its name: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Tempranillo, aged a year in American and French oak.
