Grown on a single estate in the Los Valles region of Jalisco, this blanco is cooked in stone ovens, crushed by roller mill, and left to ferment openly in stainless steel before a double distillation through copper pot stills. Made from 100% USDA-certified organic Blue Weber agave with nothing else added, it pours baked-agave richness laced with bright citrus, white pepper, and a mineral, earthy finish.
