Carmel 4 Vats Red is a Mediterranean-style dry red blend from Carmel Winery, Israel's oldest producer, sourced from vineyards including the Upper Galilee. The wine blends warm-climate red varietals such as Carignan, Argaman, Grenache, and Caladoc, then rests roughly eight months in large oak vats that round out the tannins while keeping the fruit lively.
