Overview

Caravan is the approachable sibling to Darioush's flagship Signature Cabernet, and it carries the same Napa Valley pedigree with a little more give. Anchored in Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot rounding things out, it spends around twenty months in French and European oak. Expect chocolate-dipped cherry, fig and black currant up front, then ripe plum, cinnamon and vanilla over firm, polished tannins. Decant it an hour and pour alongside a grilled ribeye or braised short ribs. Sip something new.
