Borderies is the smallest of Cognac's six growing crus, and it's the one that lends this XO its signature floral lift. Camus draws the eaux-de-vie entirely from its own family vineyards, distilling and aging each parcel separately for at least ten years in French oak before the cellar master brings them together.
