Camus builds its XO, which the house calls Intensely Aromatic, from Ugni Blanc distilled on unfiltered wines with the high-ester fractions of the run kept rather than cut away. The eaux-de-vie are blended across the Cognac crus and matured in 350-litre fine- to medium-grain French oak, the youngest at least ten years old.
