Calle 23 Blanco is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila from the Highlands (Los Altos) of Jalisco, Mexico, crafted by French biochemist Sophie Decobecq. The agave is cooked and double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills, then bottled unaged to showcase the Highlands' signature fruit-forward character. Expect cooked agave and light florals on the nose, with a palate of green apple, pear, mint, and a peppery, herbaceous finish. Serve chilled in a copita or shake into a margarita, where its bright fruit and spice hold up well against lime and orange liqueur.
