Overview

Falernum is tiki's quiet workhorse, the spiced-citrus modifier hiding in half the classics, and Geijer's take gives it a West Coast passport. Built on a Jamaican-style rum distilled in California, it's spiced with lime peel, ginger, clove, allspice, cardamom, almond and cacao nibs, landing at a gentle 30% ABV. Expect bright lime zest over warm baking spice. Pour a splash into a Mai Tai or Corn 'n' Oil, or let it lift a rum drink of your own.
