"The delivery service threw my box of wine over the fence. If he was unable to have the gate opened, he could have just simply walked through the side gate and placed it down. Also, the wine was originally delivered to the wrong address and had to be rerouted, which is why the gate was closed. Had the wine been delivered as scheduled, to the correct address, there would have been no issue."
