CABAL EXTRA AÑEJO is made using the same production process as our other expressions, overseen by Maestro Jimador Eduardo S. Lara and Maestro Tequilero Alvaro Montes. The agaves are baked in a 32-ton Mason oven for 42 hours, utilizing natural yeast for fermentation for 72 hours, and double-distilled to perfection before being placed in oak barrels to rest for 36 months.
