The Bluffton, South Carolina team hand-selected barrels of 5-year straight bourbon (70% corn, 21% rye, 9% barley) they loved too much to pass up, bottling it at a bold 105 proof. Expect caramel and toasted oak up front, dark fruit and vanilla underneath, and a long, warming finish. Pour it neat to let the spice unfold, or build it into an Old Fashioned.
