Three agaves, one bottle: Bozal's Ensamble blends cultivated Espadín with wild-harvested Mexicano and Barril from the hills around Miahuatlán and Etla, Oaxaca. Each brings something different — Espadín's wet-earth smokiness, Mexicano's long herbaceous finish, and Barril's citrus-floral lift with a touch of green pepper. Made the artesanal way in copper pot stills, it lands at 47% ABV. Pour it neat to let the layers unfold, one agave at a time.
