Chino Verde is one of Bozal's rare finds — a wild maguey foraged from the Sierra Madre del Sur, roasted, then distilled in clay pots using ancestral methods. The agave grows seven to nine years before it's ready, and it shows: expect earth, dried herbs, and burlap wrapped in soft smoke, with ancho chile and charred-meat depth giving way to herbal, mineral, and citrus-pepper notes. At around 48% ABV, sip it neat and slow to let every layer unfold.
