Lara, the agave is slow-baked in a 32-ton oven for 42 hours, fermented naturally, double-distilled, then rested eight months in charred American white oak bourbon barrels. The result: soft oak, sweet vanilla, and a whisper of toasted nuttiness layered over classic agave sweetness.
