They blend their Small Batch Bourbon with cream at a gentle 16% ABV (32 proof), so it drinks soft and approachable. Expect warm nutmeg on the nose, vanilla and marshmallow with bourbon woven through the middle, and a finish of butterscotch and mascarpone. Pour it over ice cream, stir it into coffee, or sip it over ice.
