Bottled at 108 proof, this small-batch release is aged in barrels of Chinquapin oak, air-dried and seasoned for three years before custom toasting and charring. Expect rich mahogany color, bright fruit and roasted nut aromas, and a palate that moves through floral, jammy sweetness into spice, chocolate, and berry notes. Pour it neat in a Glencairn to let that layered finish unfold slowly.

NOSE: Toast and buttery caramel with some plum/span
