Don Fulano Blanco comes from the Fonseca family, who have farmed blue agave in Jalisco's highlands for generations and run the La Tequileña distillery. Made from estate-grown mature agave, naturally fermented with wild yeast and distilled in copper, it's an additive-free tequila that lets the plant speak. Expect cooked agave, fresh green herbs and cracked black pepper up front, then a minty, lightly sweet palate with an earthy edge. Pour it neat to explore, or let it anchor a bright, agave-forward margarita.

Notes: Round on the palate with notes of coconut and macadamia.
