Don Fulano Blanco comes from the Fonseca family's Highlands of Jalisco estate, where five generations have tended the same red-soil agave fields for over a century. Crafted at La Tequileña from hand-selected, fully matured agave and rested a full three months in stainless steel before bottling, the blanco stays purely agave-driven, with nothing added. Expect cooked agave and cracked black pepper up front, easing into a minty, faintly sweet palate touched with earth and aged cheese. Built for a crisp Paloma or a stirred Tommy's Margarita.
Tasting notes
Notes: Bright and lively with floral notes and a light herbaceousness.
Palate: Dried harvest and tropical fruit like spicy, grilled pineapple and rich, mature highland agave.
Aroma: Minerality carries through all the way with notes of white pepper.
Nose: Damp red soil and grilled pepper add warmth and earthiness.
Finish: There's an underlying Butterscotch note and almost oily texture.
