Most vodka leans neutral and forgettable, but this one starts with 100% New York corn and keeps some of its personality. Distilled in small batches by Black Button in New York's Finger Lakes country, it pours crisp and clean with a subtle sweetness that reads a little rounder and more character-forward than the usual grain pour. Easy in a martini or vodka soda, though the distillery's own move is the Always Sunny: corn vodka, pineapple, lime, and ginger beer.
