Binyamina Cave Old Vines Dry Red Wine is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Israel's Upper Galilee, sourced from the Ben Zimra Vineyard's old vines planted in the early 1980s. Grown in well-aerated basaltic soil with naturally low yields, the fruit reaches full phenolic ripeness under the region's cool nights and stable summers. The wine ages in a centuries-old cave cellar carved during the Ottoman era, where constant darkness, humidity, and an 18°C chill shape its full body and long, elegant finish. Pour it with grilled lamb or aged hard cheese.
