Bingham's Bourbon Black is a Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Ryan Bingham's Bingham's Bourbon, distilled and aged entirely in Texas using corn, rye, and barley grown by local farmers. It rests a minimum of five years in American white oak barrels with a #3 char, earning Certified Texas Whiskey status. Expect a burnt-sienna pour with brown sugar and light smoke on the nose, pecan and dried fruit on the palate, and a spicy finish laced with toasted nuts and marshmallow. Pour it neat to let the oak unfold.
