Overview

Distillerie Vincenzi's gianduja liqueur, made in Turin to a formula Ferdinando Vincenzi worked out in the 1930s. Gianduja is the Piedmontese marriage of cocoa and local hazelnut, born when coffee got too expensive to use. The cream base here is plant-derived rather than dairy, so it pours gluten- and lactose-free. 15% ABV.
