Overview

Not a syrup: Tosolini macerate Italian almonds in grape spirit, then distil through them, which is why this reads as almond rather than sugar. Marzipan, toffee and orange peel, dry-ish at 28%, finishing on candied nuts. Made in Friuli and dressed as a Venetian carnival mask. Good over ice or in a sour.
