Bentwing Brandy comes from Hangar 1 Distillery on California's Alameda Island, the makers' first move beyond vodka into brandy. It's a transatlantic blend, marrying Northern California grapes (made in the Chenin Blanc style) with traditional French brandy, then finished in seasoned American white oak casks once used for single malt whiskey.
