Overview

Carignan from the Cliff View plot at Beit El, 850 metres up, where a steep drop toward the wadi drains the rain off fast and the vines finish the season on very little water. Old stone terraces hold the Terra Rossa soil in place and cold nights slow the ripening. Hand-picked, six months in oak, bottled unfiltered.
