It's double-distilled in a traditional swan-neck still and aged in Limousin and Tronçais oak. Expect honey, wildflowers, and yellow fruit on the nose, then a light, round palate with a bergamot twist that finishes like a cup of Earl Grey. Lovely neat or in a Sidecar.
