Bat Shlomo Rosé comes from Bat Shlomo Vineyards, a winery built on land settled in 1887 by Baron Edmond de Rothschild along Israel's historic wine trail near Zichron Yaakov. Made from Grenache picked early to lock in bright acidity, this dry rosé pours a pale pink and opens with delicate floral aromas, moving into citrus and light red-berry flavors that settle into a subtle, fruity finish.
