Barrell Craft Spirits Rum is a cask-strength blend from Louisville's Barrell Craft Spirits, marrying pot still rums from Jamaica, Guyana's Demerara region, and Barbados. Each rum is aged in the tropics, then shipped to Kentucky for further maturation and blending, unfiltered and undiluted to keep its full character. Expect funky Jamaican esters giving way to berry, floral, and warm wood-spice notes, with a nutmeg-tinged finish. Pour it neat or with a splash of water to open up its tropical fruit layers, or build it into a rich Mai Tai or Daiquiri.
