Barkan Platinum is made from Cabernet Sauvignon gapes, grown in the Upper Galilee.During our yearly tasting of barrels, where we assign barrels to individual wines, we found unique characteristics in a number of phenomenal Cabernet Sauvignon barrels.We marked those barrels, and they continued to age for 18 months, until they were ready for the release of the new Barkan Platinum.
