Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
The first Discovery release Bardstown has double-barreled: four Kentucky bourbons aged eight to fifteen years, 60% of the blend resting in new American white oak and the other 40% moved into Hungarian oak. Bottled at 110.8 proof, so expect caramel, dried fruit, clove and a hint of campfire with real heat behind it. A splash of water opens it up.
