Sourced from wild Tobalá agave grown at nearly 5,000 feet in the hills around La Compañía, Oaxaca, this joven mezcal comes from maestros Gonzalo Hernandez Bigotes and Luis Pacheco of the Banhez producer cooperative. Natural-yeast fermentation and copper-pot distillation shape its intense, aromatic character, with notes of green mango, leather, and fresh green herbs carrying through to a smooth finish.
