A small-batch single grain Irish whiskey, Ballyhoo is made with a mash bill of 93% corn and 7% malted barley and matured for four years, before being finished in ex-port for six months.
Tasting notes

Aromas of vanilla, almonds, baking spices and green apples fill the nose, complemented by notes of vanilla, dried fruit, rich nuts, caramel and toasted oak throughout the palate.
