Made in Waco and twice distilled in copper pot stills, it rests about 43 months in new charred oak and bottles at cask strength. Expect maple-glazed oak, herbal rye, chocolate-covered cherries, and cracked peppercorn. Pour it neat, or add a few drops of water to open up the sweeter side.
