Yes, this is bacon in a bottle, and it is delightfully strange. Bakon starts with a clean Pacific Northwest potato vodka, then builds a savory profile of smoky maple bacon using pepper oils, natural umami, and smoke flavors rather than actual pork, so it stays plant-based, gluten-free, and consistent. Expect aromas of fatty smoked bacon over a dryish medium body. It exists for one glorious purpose: the ultimate Bloody Mary or Caesar. Rim the glass, pour an ounce and a half, and go savory.
