Bacardí's family vault doesn't usually see daylight—Gran Reserva Limitada is the exception, a blend pulled from some of the house's oldest Puerto Rican rum reserves and balanced with younger barrels for depth without heaviness. Aged around a dozen years under Caribbean sun, it opens with almond and vanilla, moves into dried raisins and chocolate, and settles into a long, soft-oak finish with a butterscotch edge. Pour it neat or over a single big rock and let it slowly unfold.
