Azunia's Reposado starts with hand-cut Weber Blue agave roasted for a day and a half in traditional clay ovens, then left to ferment on wild yeast in open-air vats — no shortcuts, just patience. After double pot-still distillation, it rests up to eight months in American oak, picking up butterscotch, caramel, and light smoke around a soft vanilla finish. Organic-certified (USDA & BioAgriCert), it took Double Gold at the 2018 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Sip it neat or in a smoky tequila mule.
