A pink-hued rarity from Avuá's native wood series, this cachaça is single-sourced from the hills of Carmo in Rio de Janeiro and aged up to two years in a cask of jequitibá rosa — a dense, light-colored Brazilian hardwood found only in the country's central and southern forests. Pot-distilled and hand-crafted, it opens with light, fruity aromatics and finishes with a delicate, slightly bitter edge.
