Grown by fifth-generation farmers in Jesus María, high in Jalisco's Los Altos, this 100% blue Weber agave is brick-oven roasted before a slow, twice-distilled process built for depth. Six months in American oak — three times the reposado minimum — brings a light amber hue and a nose of roasted agave and rosemary. Expect stone fruit (nectarine, cherry, pear) over oak on the palate, closing with citrus, honey, and floral notes. Sip it neat in a proper tequila glass, or build a margarita around it with fresh citrus.
