Astral Reposado is a 100% Blue Weber agave tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, double-distilled and rested five months in single-use American oak barrels that previously held bourbon. That barrel time softens the spirit into a silky pour layered with caramelized agave, raisin and dried fruit, toasted cinnamon, and warm baking spice, with vanilla and oak rounding out the finish. Astral also upcycles its spent agave fiber into adobe bricks for local Jalisco housing projects. Pour it over a single large rock to let the spice open up, or shake it into a classic margarita.
