Astral Añejo is a 100% Blue Weber agave tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, rested 12 months in American oak bourbon barrels. That extended aging pulls out clove, roasted nuttiness, and warm oak tannins, balanced against earthy cooked agave and a finish of caramel. Astral upcycles its spent agave fiber into adobe bricks for community housing in Jalisco, a small nod to where the spirit comes from. Sip it neat in a rocks glass to catch the barrel notes, or build it into an Añejo Old Fashioned for a smokier twist on the classic.
