Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
A 99% corn bourbon distilled in the American heartland and matured roughly nine and a half years before its final act: a secondary rest in French oak casks from Château Bhakta that once cradled Armagnac dating back to 1868. Bottled in Vermont at 100.6 proof, it pours deep amber and opens with vanilla, biscuit, and toasted oak, moving into spicy nutmeg and hazelnut, then closing on stewed pears and apples. A contemplative sipper for slow evenings — neat, in a wide glass, no rush.
