The Orendain brothers ferment their lowland blue agave naturally in stone tanks, then let it rest 48 months until it turns amber and layered: salted caramel and vanilla trading off with cedar, tropical fruit, and a gentle peppery snap. Pour it neat or over one big cube and give it room to open up.
