Named for a rugged white-sand beach on Islay, this is the fifth small-batch chapter in Ardbeg's Traigh Bhan series and one of the most tropical drams the distillery has released. Distilled in 2004 and matured 19 years across ex-bourbon American oak and Oloroso sherry casks, it leans sweet-and-smoky: ripe mango and citrus, a curl of herbal incense, maple bacon and soot. Bottled non chill-filtered at 46.2%. Pour it neat, give it air, and let the peat unfold slowly.
