Appleton Estate's Reserve is where the brand's Jamaican pot-and-column-still blending shows off: aged a minimum of eight years in ex-bourbon casks under the tropical sun of Nassau Valley, using limestone-filtered local water and zero added flavoring. Expect honeyed bronze color, spicy fruit and oak on the nose with signature orange peel, and a smooth, warm-molasses finish. Master blender Joy Spence built this one to carry Appleton's 250-year legacy - pour it neat, on the rocks, or in a proper daiquiri.
