This unaged blanco comes from Los Altos de Jalisco, made with 100% blue Weber agave roasted in stone-brick ovens, roller-milled, then double distilled through a copper-coil pot still. Expect sweet cooked agave up front, a little herbaceous lift, and gentle black pepper before a fresh jalapeno-vegetal finish. At 40% ABV it stays smooth enough to sip neat, yet it holds its own in a margarita or paloma. A fun everyday agave discovery.
